Alex, because this is a setup problem, you can call for phone support
without being charged. I suggest you do that to get the best and quickest

Subject: MSDN Library installation failure.

I uninstalled July 2003 version of MSDN Library via
Add/Remove applications to install the newer version. The
installation failed with the following error: "The wizard
was interrupted before MSDN Library - October 2003 could
be completely installed".
Now installation of any version of MSDN library fails. I
know January 2003 version had some uninstall issues but it
was never installed on my machine.
I really need to have the library installed on local
development machine to have the work done.

If you cannot get the Library to install, call your product support line.
There should be no fee for getting assistance on a setup problem.
