I have the impression that the fine NEAR operator is not working in the
Visual Studio documentation.
Try searching for "querystring" with applying a filter and get back 500+
topics found.
Next, search for "selectsinglenode", which results in 306 topics found.
Finally search for "selectsinglenode NEAR querystring" and you're back with
500+ topics found.
I have tried several other combinations, literally copied an example from
the Help on Help.
E.g. "Compiler AND (Help NOT HTML)" results in 500+ topics found. The very
first hit is called "About the HTML Help Compiler", which is definitely not
an article I asked for.
This is so basically wrong that I ask myself, if I missed some checkbox
specifying I do want full-text search or something like that. I just cannot
believe this has not been noticed before.
Anyone that can enable full-text search on my machine (cause I love the NEAR
operator)?
Thanx,
Hans
