MSDN help collection empty

I have been using VS.net 2003 as admin but have removed my account from that
group. I can no longer access the msdn help collection (or any collection)
from this account.

I can access the help from other limited accounts.

I am sure this is some acl issue but I cannot find where. I have given my
account explicit full control of every folder that seems to relate to help.

Can you suggest some things to try?
